GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF INDIVIDUAL TOURIST SERVICES
1. Regulatory Provisions
Contracts that offer only the service of transport, only the service of accommodation, offers of packages that last less than 24 hours, or any other separate tourist service, cannot be classified as a travel organization or as a tourist package, and therefore do not enjoy the protections provided in favor of travelers by European Directive 2015/2302. The seller who undertakes to procure, even electronically, a single tourist service, is required to issue to the traveler the documents related to this service, which show the amount paid for the service and cannot in any way be considered a travel organizer.
The conditions and main features of the booked tourist service are indicated in the voucher / transport ticket / travel document that will be sent to the traveler.
In addition to the provisions of the Civil Code and any special ones that may be applicable, the conditions set by the individual supplier apply, including those applied in case of early withdrawal (cancellation penalties). The contractual conditions can be viewed on the website.
The purchase of the requested service implies the viewing and acceptance of the aforementioned conditions.
2. Booking Data
The traveler undertakes to promptly verify that the personal data of the travelers provided perfectly match those reported on their respective personal identification documents, and that the data reported in the attached documents are correct (e.g., dates, names, destination).
3. Personal Documents
To make use of the purchased services, it is necessary to have suitable personal documents (e.g., identity card, passport, or visa) or other documents required by the competent authorities in relation to the destination and passengers. Travelers, especially foreign participants, must inquire well in advance about the necessary formalities for leaving the country, as set by the country of departure, transit, and destination, as well as those set by the service provider.
4. Recesso e rimborso
In caso di recesso dal contratto di vendita da parte del viaggiatore, si applicano le seguenti penali di cancellazione:
Additionally, management fees amounting to 5% of the price displayed in the service advertisement will be charged.
In case of a rescheduled or canceled event, a refund is provided. Refunds will be made, at the requester’s choice, either in the form of a voucher or in currency. The voucher can be used to purchase services of equal value. The currency will be credited using the same method used for the purchase, net of any payment platform fees, which are 5% of the service price, within 15 business days from the date of receiving the request.
5. Inapplicability of the Tourism Code
Anyone who purchases only a transport service, accommodation, rental, packages that last less than 24 hours, or any other separate tourist service does not benefit from the protections and rights provided by Directive 2015/2302 and therefore by the Tourism Code (hereinafter referred to as CdT). In the case of the purchase of a single tourist service or linked tourist services (as defined by Article 33, letter f of the CdT), the responsibility for the correct fulfillment of the contract rests solely on the supplier, who the traveler must contact in case of problems.
The contracting party declares, also on behalf of and for the account of the other travelers:
The contracting party, even if not a participant in the trip, undertakes to communicate the above, as well as the conditions applicable to the trip, to all participants in the trip. The privacy policy, if not attached, can be viewed on the website.
6. Mandatory Communication pursuant to Art. 17, Law No. 38/2006
Italian law punishes crimes related to prostitution and child pornography with imprisonment, even if committed abroad.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TOURIST PACKAGE CONTRACT
When the contract is brokered by a travel agency, the booking confirmation is sent by Cilento Secrets to Route 66 srl Travel Agency, acting as the Traveler’s agent, and the latter is entitled to receive it from the same. By signing the proposal for the sale of the tourist package, the Traveler expressly declares to have understood and accepted, both for themselves and for the parties for whom they request the all-inclusive service, both the travel contract as regulated therein, as well as the warnings contained therein, and these general terms and conditions.
LEGAL SOURCES
The sale of tourist packages, which involve services to be provided both domestically and internationally, is governed by articles 32-51 of Legislative Decree No. 79 of May 23, 2011 (known as the ‘Tourism Code,’ hereinafter referred to as CdT), as currently amended by Legislative Decree No. 62 of June 6, 2018, implementing EU Directive No. 2015/2302, as well as by the provisions of the Civil Code concerning transport, service contracts, and mandate, to the extent applicable, and by the Navigation Code (Royal Decree No. 327 of March 30, 1942).

Therefore, a minimum level of adaptability and understanding is required from the participants. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Declaration of Suitability
By accepting these regulations, the participant declares under their own responsibility to be in good health and in a physical and mental condition suitable for the activity. They also declare to have provided the guide with any useful information for the correct evaluation of their suitability, any particular requirements, allergies, health conditions, etc. The guide reserves the right to exclude, before departure, anyone they consider not suitable due to condition or equipment, this is for the safety of the person and the group. In the case of justified exclusion, no refunds are provided. In the event that a participant falls ill during the activity and is forced to interrupt it, they may keep the fee paid for another outing of their choice.
Required Equipment
During outdoor activities, trekking shoes are mandatory. Comfortable and layered clothing of varying weight is recommended, appropriate for seasonal and weather conditions. Please note that sudden temperature changes and weather deterioration are always possible. For this reason, it is advised to bring a waterproof jacket and to protect clothing in the backpack inside well-sealed plastic bags. A personal water supply of at least one liter is also required.
Dogs
Participants wishing to take part in the activity accompanied by their dog must notify the presence of the animal when booking, in order to assess suitability and conditions for participation. The guide has the discretion to confirm or deny the participation of individual dogs or multiple dogs at the same time, based on their temperament, size, gender, and the type of activity. Animals in heat or those who have been in heat in the two weeks prior will not be admitted. The accompanying dog must be docile and easily controllable. The responsibility for handling the dog and any issues related to it falls exclusively on the participant. Failure to notify of the dog’s participation or to comply with measures for its control may result in the participant being excluded from the activity, even at the time of departure.
Photographs and Video Recordings
Participants are informed and agree that the guide and/or other participants in the activity may take photos or videos of them. They consent in advance, due to the impossibility of prior notification, to the use of their image or footage on websites, magazines, books, promotional materials of the organizer, or for institutional purposes. They thereby release the guide and other participants from any future disputes regarding this matter.
GPS Track Recording
During the activities, the use of GPS devices for orientation purposes is allowed. However, participants agree not to disclose any recorded tracks.
Liability
Any liability for damages sustained or caused to persons and/or property during the activity is disclaimed. The activity is considered to have begun when the guide takes charge of the participants and ends upon reaching the destination point.
Acceptance of Regulations
Participation in the activities implies unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
